Andrew Grady did not hold back while criticizing his fellow racer Landon Huffman after the latter spun him out about halfway through the Throwback 276 at Hickory Motor Speedway on Sunday. While doing so, the Mike Darne Racing driver quoted Denny Hamlin's comments about Alex Bowman during the 2021 playoff race at Martinsville Speedway.

Grady and Huffman were battling for 12th at the time. 60 laps into the zMAX CARS Tour Throwback race, Huffman nosed Grady, spinning him out of the race and ending his night early. Grady then climbed out of his battered car and flung his safety equipment at Huffman.

Speaking later to Frontstretch Sports, Grady had some strong words for Huffman:

"In the words of Denny Hamlin, Landon Huffman, you're a hack, it's no wonder you lost your ride with the No 22. You're trash panda, bud," Grady said of Huffman.
"I don't know what we're doing; we're 60 laps in, we're running for 12th...turned me loose...I mean, for God's sake man!" Grady continued. "I know we're racing, I know we gotta go; I get it. But when you've got me like that, when you have me sideways, crack the throttle. That's a brand-new race car."

Huffman was signed midway through 2023 to pilot the No. 22 car for Nelson Motorsports in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock division. Huffman won the "Old North State Nationals" at Tri-County last year. However, he closely missed out on the win in the ValleyStar Credit Union 300 at Martinsville Speedway. Unfortunately, Huffman then lost his ride, stepping in to 2024.

Things could get more heated up between the duo as Grady was vocal about his issues with Huffman.

"That was bulls**t"- Andrew Grady promised to settle things with Huffman

Andrew Grady was visibly infuriated at his fellow racer following the incident with Lando Huffman. While Huffman ran the remainder of the race, Grady told the reporter that he would not let Huffman leave Hickory Motor Speedway before having a chat. Needless to say, the chat might not be a friendly one.

"It's okay. Because, before he leaves, he will know I'm pissed. Oh yeah, me and him, we're talking," Grady stated. "I don't care if it's here, at the parking lot or the Waffle House at 3 a.m. Him and I are gonna go have a conversation before we leave this racetrack because that was bullsh*t!"

Grady continued, saying that if Huffman had deemed himself faster than Grady, the latter could have just driven to the inside and cleared him rather than wrecking his car.

"If you're that much better than me, turn underneath me. Don't destroy my race car. Too much time, too much effort goes into this for dumbsh*t like that," he added.

Huffman ran the No. 37 Huffman Racing car in his family-owned equipment. He will be seen racing the same car in the Window World 125 at North Wilkesboro Speedway on August 3rd, Wake County Speedway on August 24th, Tri-County Speedway on October 12th, and the season-finale at North Wilkesboro Speedway on October 19th.
