Kelley Earnhardt Miller recently shared a relatable couple video on her social media handle. Dale Earnhardt Jr's elder sister, Kelly co-owns JR Motorsports, an Xfinity Series team along with her brother.

Kelley, a mother of three children, is married to L.W. Miller, a former Xfinity and Truck Series driver. Her husband was also the 2008 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour champion.

In a recent Instagram story, the 52-year-old Kannapolis native reposted a hilarious video on how she has to point out missing things for her husband daily.

Here's the video Earnhardt posted on her Instagram account (via life_with_karen_cruz):

Apart from being a businesswoman, Kelley had a brief racing career in the late-model stock cars. Moreover, she raced at the historic Hickory Motor Speedway and Myrtle Beach Speedway.

She didn't continue her racing career but stayed in touch with the motorsports world by becoming the CEO of one of the famed NASCAR organizations.

"I'm completely satisfied": Kelley Earnhardt on transitioning her career from racer to a managerial role

Kelley Earnhardt Miller is the daughter of legendary NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Sr. and the CEO of the championship-winning Xfinity team. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Kelley has played a key role in managing Dale Jr. and his finances after the latter transitioned to Hendrick Motorsports.

In a 2019 interview, Miller reflected on the switch in her career, from racing to operating JR Motorsports and managing the NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Jr. She said: (via Racingnews.co)

"Looking back on that situation, I’m really grateful. There’s so many times that I miss the adrenaline of racing. I think about what could have been."

However, she believes that after losing her father in a tragic accident, she was in the prime spot to manage Dale Jr.'s racing career.

"I honestly thing that I could have been something good and big on the race track. But, knowing now that we lost my dad and not knowing then that’s what was going to happen… I was primed and in the perfect position to be able to take over Dale’s career and be who I am today. I’m completely satisfied with that," she added.

It is worth mentioning that, Dale Jr. went on to become the two-time Xfinity Series champion and secured 26 Cup wins, of which two were Daytona 500. Moreover, the brother-sister duo's Xfinity team won three championship titles in 2014, 2017, and 2018.

The four-car Xfinity team is currently also in contention for the 2024 Xfinity Series championship and three out of four drivers will be competing for a spot in the next Round of 8 race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on October 19.
