NASCAR team owner Kelley Earnhardt recently reacted to her son Wyatt's picture at the Tulsa Shootout.
Wyatt, who is the grandson of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt and nephew of Dale Earnhardt Jr., is currently competing in the 2024 Restricted Micro Champion at Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has previously raced in 600 Micros, Legend cars and Outlaw Karts. In her latest Instagram story, Kelley reshared a picture of her 12-year-old son at the micro sprint racing, which ended this Saturday, and wrote:
"My handsome boy."
Kelley, who is the CEO of JR Motorsports, is married to LW Miller, a three-time Modified champion.
The 52-year-old is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and has worked as the VP of Sales at Action Performance. She currently serves on several boards. Kelley bagged the Top 25 Women in Business Award from the Charlotte Business Journal in 2007. She has also raced at local tracks and started driving at 12 at Hickory and Myrtle Beach Speedways.
In a previous post, Kelley Earnhardt shared the meaning behind Wyatt's helmet, which features the No. 3, a cross and a flamingo for racer Jason McDougal.
"Someone asked about the significance of Wyatt's helmet. Dale Earnhardt (3), Jesus (cross) and @jasonmcdougal69 (flamingo)," she wrote.
Wyatt is a fourth-generation Earnhardt and the son of Kelley and LW Miller. He has also driven Pro Spec trucks and tried off-road racing for the first time last year. He finished second in both races at the Dirt City Off-Road National in August.
Kelley Earnheart's son Wyatt to start in B-mains at Tulsa Shootout
Kelley Earnheart's son Wyatt won the K&B Racing Restricted Micro A-Class at the 39th Tulsa Shootout feature event last December and earned his first Golden Driller trophy at just 12 years old in the junior sprints race.

"Didn’t lock into the features, but proud of the effort today. Finished P13 in Non-Wing Outlaw, P3 in Winged Outlaw, and P2 in Winged A-Class. Tomorrow, I will run B-mains in each class," Wyatt wrote.
The Tulsa Shootout will wrap up on today, i.e. Saturday (Jan. 4). The event starts at 9 am CT, and the LCQs and A-Mains will take place after 5 pm.
