Ex-NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick recently posted a set of photos with his two children at the Realtree clothing store in Columbus, Georgia. Harvick and his son Keelan wore matching hunting gear while daughter Piper wore a white t-shirt paired with blue denims.
Harvick captioned the photos shared on his X handle on December 31, writing,
“Let the good times roll! @Realtree”
Harvick has a history with Realtree in NASCAR. The outdoor apparel brand backed Harvick for the first time in an ARCA Menards Series race on Oct. 16, 1999, at Talladega Superspeedway. Notably, Harvick finished inside the top 3 that day.
Realtree and Harvick joined forces again during the 2023 NOCO 400 at Martinsville Speedway. The paint scheme on Harvick’s No. 4 Ford Mustang was a throwback to his first race with Realtree. During an interview from 2023, President and CEO of Realtree, Bill Jordan said,
“Realtree has been a proud supporter and friend of Kevin Harvick since he first drove our car 24 years ago. Having Kevin run a Realtree paint scheme for one of his final races only seems fitting.”
Harvick retired after running the 2023 season. Although unable to bag his 61st win in the Cup Series, the veteran racer won the hearts of numerous fans with his P7 performance. Even Keelan and Piper congratulated Harvick on his team’s radio.
Currently, Harvick is a commentator for FOX and the co-owner of the zMAX CARs Tour alongside Jeff Burton, Justin Marks, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. He also hosts his own NASCAR podcast, “Happy Hour”, featuring American sports journalist and presenter Kaitlyn Vincie and FOX Sports host Mamba Smith.
Kevin Harvick launches new season ahead of NASCAR’s Bowman Gray revival
Despiting retiring in 2023, the itch to race never left Kevin Harvick. In an episode of his Happy Hour podcast this November, the 2014 Cup Series champion announced his racing schedule for 2025.
The 39-year-old driver will kick off his 15-race schedule on January 25 at Kern Raceway in California. That’s exactly how he plans on spending his week before NASCAR hits Bowman Gray Stadium up for the 2025 season-opening Clash.
“We’re going to race a lot more. I’m going to race like 15 times next year in the Pro Late Model and the Super Late Model,” Kevin Harvick announced (as quoted by On3). “We’re going to kick it off Jan. 25 at Kern Raceway in California. I’m going to run the first Super Late Model race of the Cars Tour West out there. That will be how I kick my season off the week before we have to go to Bowman Gray. I’m excited about that."
The 200-lap event, scheduled for February 2, will mark the return of the NASCAR Cup Series to the iconic track for the first time since 1971. Fans can watch it live on FOX from 8 pm ET onwards or listen to radio updates on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
