Kyle Busch's cannabis products-based sponsor 3CHI has dropped a four-word teaser amid NASCAR's off-season. The Award-Winning company was founded in 2018 and has been scaling its NASCAR presence with Richard Childress Racing since 2022.
Busch joined forces with RCR in the 2023 season and got 3CHI as his primary sponsor. The two-time Cup Series champion had a groundbreaking campaign in his first year with them, raking in three wins -at the Auto Club Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway, and Gateway Motorsports Park -in the black-gold #8 Chevrolet Camaro.
However, the political business environment instigated the sponsor to downsize its promotional operations. Hence, they reduced the primary sponsorship to one race in the 2024 season -the Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway.
Nonetheless, 3CHI has been active on X (formerly Twitter) lately, releasing cannabis-inspired graphics for Kyle Busch's helmet, race suit, and the #8 NextGen Camaro. Though the designs failed to get NASCAR's nod, the sponsor shared their designs to get fans' opinions.
A week into the offseason, the sponsor dropped a major hint for something big in the future.
"Something big is coming....," 3CHI's teaser read.
While nothing has been clarified in the teaser, it could be speculated that its partnership with the Nevada native might be going up a notch.
Kyle Busch will debut in midget racing at the Chili Bowl National in January
Kyle Busch had a disappointing Cup Series season. Not only did he fail to punch his playoff ticket but he also couldn't park his #8 Chevy in the victory lane, marking his first winless season since his rookie year in 2005. It was the first time since 2012 that Busch didn't secure a spot in the title fight.
Though Busch has experience running dirt tracks and has hit the oval with his son Brexton on a handful of occasions, midget racing is a completely new discipline for the veteran NASCAR driver. A few days back, on November 14, the RCR driver announced that he'd debut in the Chili Bowl Nationals, which are scheduled to run from January 13 to 18.
It's worth mentioning that the father-son duo will be seen driving alongside during the Tulsa Shootout micro sprint car racing event from December 31 to January 4.
“The Cup Season may be over, but the Racing season is still in full swing with the biggest events on dirt taking place over the next couple of months. The Chili Bowl is a legendary event and has always been on my wish-list. To be able to compete there, and then alongside my son Brexton at the Tulsa Shootout, is making this year one to remember,” Busch said via NASCAR.
Kyle Busch will join Christopher Bell, Kyle Larson, and Tony Stewart as NASCAR Cup drivers at Chili Bowl Nationals.
