Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha Busch, recently talked about her strong temptation for dessert. Mrs. Busch, who is a big-time health advocate, shared her urge for the restaurant delicacy despite trying to follow a healthy diet at home.
Samantha, the wife of the Richard Childress Racing driver, recently took to her official Instagram to let her followers know about a diet preference. Sharing a picture on the story, she wrote:
"People ask about my diet. I'm usually 80/20, but now more 90/10. I'm gonna meal prep and try to always make healthy choices at home. But you best believe out to dinner, I'm taking bites off all the desserts."
Samantha has over 248,000 followers on the Meta-owned platform and is quite active there. She regularly shares health, diet, fashion, and lifestyle tips and updates her followers on her daily life.
Hailing from St. John, Indiana, Mrs. Smith is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, philanthropist, IVF advocate, author, lifestyle blogger, and a former co-owner of a NASCAR team.
As an entrepreneur, she runs the Samantha Busch Shop and also previously operated the Truck Series team, Kyle Busch Motorsports, with her husband before selling it to Spire Motorsports in 2023.
Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha Busch, got real about trying red meat again
In one of her recent updates, Samantha Busch explained how she listened to her body and tried beef, a type of red meat, again. As a health advocate, Mrs. Busch tried out a controversial food such as beef; it baffled many.
However, here's what Samantha had to say to support her action:
"Incredible! Listening to your body is key!" wrote Samantha Busch on her Instagram story. "Everything they say not to eat—red meat, butter, salt, eggs—I eat them daily and feel amazing (side bar grass-fed beef and butter, good salt, organic eggs)."
Kyle and Samantha Busch met each other in 2007 when the former was already racing in NASCAR and the latter was a professional model. They began dating soon after, and three years later, the couple got married in an extravagant wedding in 2010.
Their marriage at Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago was so huge that a one-hour TV special on the Style Network called 'Fast and the Fabulous: A NASCAR Wedding' was broadcast. The couple is parents of two—a son Brexton Busch, who was born on May 15, 2015, and a daughter Lennix Busch, born on May 22, 2022.
On the racing front, Kyle Busch will continue to race for Richard Childress Racing and drive the #8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. However, it could be his last season at Richard Childress' team, until he decides to renew his contract.
