Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha Busch, is finally back from a vacation in Italy. However, she is still hung up on authentic Italian cuisine. Therefore, she set off to a local farmers' market to get some squash to make herself some healthy 'pasta' and with that, get her hands on a diverse range of mushrooms.

"Farmers market finds!! Alll the mushrooms! Anyone ever tried to grow them on their own? I'm thinking of doing an even bigger garden and greenhouse next year just didn't know how hard these are," she wrote.
In the next story, she uploaded a picture of an array of beautiful flowers she came across at the market.
"Always the prettiest flowers there too," she wrote.
She concluded her marketing spree with some fresh squash, which she combined with some of her homegrown zucchini to make some fat-free pasta.
"Inspired by the freshness of Italy have zucchini from my garden and squash from the farmers market and gonna do a "pasta" with some of the seasonings I brought back," Samantha exclaimed.

Samantha Busch gets candid on 'adulting' amid Kyle Busch's playoff woes
With her husband preparing for Sunday's Cup Series race at Richmond Raceway, Samantha is now left with a huge task; that of of unpacking the bags of four people.
Samantha uploaded a reel on Instagram that showed her surrounded by a heap of clothes and unzipped traveling bags on all sides. She missed having pasta and limoncello spritz (a popular cocktail) every day.
"Laundry, grocery shopping, and adulting no thanks take me back to the limoncello spritz’s for lunch and pasta for every meal," she sighed.
Meanwhile, Kyle Busch qualified 12th on Saturday for the Cook Out 400. He is fresh off a wrist injury that he suffered at the Brickyard 400 on July 21 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which also marked his 700th career start.
While Samantha roots for Kyle Busch, the latter needs to win a race to advance to the playoffs. The Richard Childress Racing driver is currently on a disheartening 40-plus winless streak and will enter Sunday's race 18th on points.
