Samantha Busch spoke on her family's extremely busy schedule during the NASCAR off-season, with Kyle Busch and their son Brexton occupied with their respective races. She stated that it gets difficult for them to sit down together as a family sometimes because of their schedule.
The off-season is a crucial time for drivers to rest up and spend time with their families given the hectic schedule they follow all season long with more than 30 races on the calendar. Despite the break, some drivers like Kyle Busch find themselves racing even more. Samantha Busch, replying to a fan question on Instagram, divulged their post-NASCAR season activities. She talked about their son, Brexton, who also regularly participates in junior racing series.
"This is funny. We still race," Busch claimed. "So, literally around thanksgiving we're gonna be racing on the West Coast and then at the end of December into January, Brexton goes and races in the Tulsa Shootout, which, I'd like to say is like the Daytona 500 for kids and adults, too, but it's because they do like the biggest junior sprint race of the entire year. There's literally hundreds of cars it's so cool."
While that might sound natural for an established driver like Kyle Busch, it can be exhausting to follow. Samantha revealed that although they find time to do some house chores, it can sometimes be rare for them to find time and sit down together as a family.
"But besides that you know I definitely think we want to just spent some time at home. Definitely go on a little vacation and yeah, kind of just wanna get some projects or things around the house done that when we're go go go nonstop, we don't get to."
So, yeah. Lot of racing, some relaxing. I mean honestly sometimes it's just nice to be at home and watch a movie as a family because I feel like you know with Brexton racing full-time and Kyle sometimes, it'll be weeks that we're like, we have not just sat down at night."
Brexton has been racing in the junior series for a while now. He has accumulated 30 wins across series like Outlaw Karts, Bandoleros, Junior Sprints, and Restricted Motors.
Kyle Busch's son Brexton wins Restricted Non-Wing

Kyle Busch uploaded this dominant performance on his YouTube channel, sharing his son's driving excellence with his fans.
Busch spearheaded his son's racing career, helping him with the necessary training through his immense experience of racing in NASCAR. Currently just 9, he has been racing since 2020 and marked an astonishing 32 races in 2022 alone.
