Kyle Busch's wife, Samantha, recently listed out details about in vitro fertilization (IVF) and breaking the stigma surrounding infertility. Besides being a racing wife, Samantha is an author, lifestyle blogger, entrepreneur, and IVF advocate.

Samantha has been married to Richard Childress Racing driver Busch for over 14 years. The couple struggled with infertility for the longest time and have been vocal about it since. After miscarriages and disappointments, Samantha benefited from IVF, and their first son was born on May 18, 2015. Moreover, they welcomed their second kid, Lennix, on May 11, 2022, via surrogacy.

In collaboration with Bundle of Joy Fund on Instagram, Samantha touched upon the common myths surrounding IVF, such as "IVF shouldn't be covered by insurance since it's elective," "Infertility is a women's problem," and "Isn't IVF a guaranteed baby?". To which Busch blatantly denied and wrote a few key facts about infertility.

"Did you know? 🤔- In 2009, the WHO classified infertility as a disease. - IVF is considered elective, yet Viagra is covered by most insurances. - Infertility stats: 1/3 female factor, 1/3 male factor, and 1/3 unexplained. - IVF does NOT guarantee a baby," wrote Samantha on her Instagram post.

Additionally, the mother of two authored a book called Fighting Infertility: Finding My Inner Warrior Through Trying to Conceive, IVF, and Miscarriages.

In an Instagram post, Samantha stated what led to her authoring a book about infertility. Through her book, she shared her insights into her infertility journey.

"I wrote my book “Fighting Infertility” to give couples a raw & honest look at the infertility journey. It was something I craved years ago when every month produced yet another failed test. I longed to feel heard and understood at a time when many weren’t talking about these issues. I knew I wanted to write something that would make others know they were not alone in their journey and feelings. I wrote this book for anyone who is going through the heartbreak of infertility to remember that although it sometimes feels like you’re alone on an island, there is a huge community behind you 🧡," Samantha captioned her post.

Samantha and Busch have been actively advocating IVF and opened a monetary aid set up 'Bundle of Joy Fund' which is dedicated to supporting couples during their journey and financially helping them.

How much did Kyle and Samantha Busch raise through their BOJF foundation?

One of the most famed NASCAR couples, Kyle and Samantha Busch has been quite vocal in spreading awareness about IVF. The couple established the 'Bundle of Joy Fund' to provide education and empowerment to other underprivileged couples facing infertility.

According to BOJF, in 2023 the fundraiser aided families by raising more than $1.5 million and awarding 116 grants. The cost of going through an IVF procedure ends up being overwhelming; thus, BOJF provides financial support to them.

In an Instagram post, Samantha wrote a heartfelt message and shared:

"Coming full circle it’s clear to see that God always wanted us to have a big age gap for the kids (I absolutely love it) and that he wanted me to struggle in order to have a first hand account of what so many other women today will face."

She then revealed:

"We created the Bundle of Joy Fund as our calling. My mission is to help couples facing the financial hurdles associated with the high cost of IVF. As of 2023 @bundleofjoyfund has aided families through raising $1,509,880 , awarding 116 grants, and having 90 babies born with more on the way!"
