"Nice. Gotta start em early. I had my boy watching (listening to) 500mph laps out at the Air Races when he was two weeks old. Now at 10yo he’s proving to be a true talent in go karts," another fan shared.
As of writing, Stewart is spending time with his family after a season in the Top Fuel category at NHRA. He was a substitute driver for his wife Leah Pruett while she dealt with pregnancy.
Driving the 11-horsepower No. 14 TSR Direct Connection Dodge//SRT Dragster, Stewart won the Rookie of the Year award.
Tony Stewart visited Havasu Festival with wife Leah Pruett and son Dominic James
A few weeks ago, Tony Stewart attended the 29th annual Havasu Festival of Lights in Arizona. He watched the festival's Bridgewater Channel swimming competition with his wife Leah Pruett and son Dominic James.
Pruett took to Instagram to share the family bonding this holiday season. She also commented on the swimming competition, saying:
"Brrr... Wild to watch people swim across the channel in the 50ish degree water to race for the prize of pressing the button to light up the English Village under the London Bridge!"
The Hasavu Festival at London Bridge Resort illuminates 500,000 lights to celebrate the holiday season. The winner of the swimming competition receives the honor of turning on the lights.
The festival will run until January 5 next year.
