Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s wife Amy Earnhardt took to her Instagram stories to express her love for her husband. Dale Jr. turned 50 on Thursday and moments before the clock struck 12, he and Amy were seen celebrating by drinking beer.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. was born on October 10, 1974, to Dale Earnhardt Sr., a seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and one of the most important figures in the world of motorsports. Amy Earnhardt shared an image of herself with her husband and captioned it:
"Love you to the moon and back Mr. Earnhardt. Happy Birthday."
The couple met in 2009 when Dale Earnhardt Jr. hired Amy's firm to design his residence in Kannapolis, North Carolina. They started dating shortly after. In 2015, the couple got engaged and tied the know the following year.
A two-time Xfinity Series champion, Dale Earnhardt Jr. has amassed 631 starts in the Cup Series with 26 wins and 260 top-10 finishes. Besides that, he drove the iconic No. 88 Chevy in 147 Xfinity Series races over 28 years, delivering 24 wins and 96 top-10 finishes.
Today, Dale Earnhardt Jr. co-owns the zMAX CARS Tour, a Late Model racing series, and JR Motorsports, a premier racing team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series based in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. took some time off of his schedule on the occasion of his birthday. In an earlier episode of his Dale Jr. Download Podcast, he said that he would take the next six days off to spend more time with his daughters, Isla and Nicole.
"Just really have been missing the girls and wanting to try to make some memories of them," Dale Earnhardt Jr. said. "So, the next 6 days uh we’re going somewhere that we can do that."(11:57)
Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s Dirty Mo Media gives voice to several NASCAR stalwarts like Denny Hamlin, Steve Letarte, Jeff Gluck, and Freddie Kraft. Before setting off on a week-long vacation, Dale Earnhardt Jr. called up another NASCAR vet, Kenny Wallace, urging the latter to start a new show with none other than veteran driver Ken Schrader.
Wallace did the talking on the latest Dirty Mo Media video, while Earnhardt Jr. was busy celebrating his birthday. Wallace and Schrader raced each other at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway in the Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks back in November 2021. While Schrader finished third, Wallace recorded a P16 finish.
"Dale Jr. and Mike Davis (president and EP at Dirty Mo Media) they call me and they say, alright Herman Dirty Mo Media’s getting bigger; it’s expanding," said Wallace. "How about we start collaborating, but we need a little help? They said, call Kenny Schrader up, and we want you two to start a show. Kenny, you and I are going to Dirty Mo Media; we’re super excited about it."
