NASCAR driver and former Malcolm In The Middle star Frankie Muniz's wife Paige reacted to the recent controversy surrounding the energy drink brand Alani and commented about the speculation on social media. The beverage brand has faced tremendous scrutiny in recent weeks.

Alani Nu, a popular energy drink brand launched in 2018, has found itself at the center of a social media storm after a TikTok video alleged the discovery of a dead mouse in one of its cans.

The controversy began on April 3, 2024, when a TikTok user posted a video claiming that a dead mouse was found in an Alani energy drink. The video quickly went viral, sparking a wave of reactions across social media platforms. Hundreds of follow-up videos ensued, with users expressing shock, disgust, and skepticism.

Among those reacting is actor-turned-part-time NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Frankie Muniz’s wife. The 38-year-old driver's spouse took to her Instagram story to share her thoughts on the unfolding situation and speculation. She stated:

"So I am completely shocked about how many people are just as perplexed as I am about the abrupt disappearance of Alani from grocery store shelves."
"Apparently there is an ongoing investigation about a rat being found in someone's can. Now guys like think about this. There are people out there who are completely altering their faces to look better and be seen on the internet. There are people that are out there saying the most off the wall s*** like 'Redbull didn't give me wings, I'm gonna sue you.' Think about it for a second before you go believing stuff like that."

Frankie Muniz's spouse Paige maintains a pragmatic approach to Alani Nu speculation

While Paige emphasized that she was not dismissing the TikTok video outright, she urged her followers to approach the situation with a critical mindset. She added:

"I'm not discrediting it (the clip) in any way, shape or form because I absolutely am not going to go buy Alani until this is situated and it's publicly out there that it's not real. But like, 'innocent till proven guilty.' It is what it is."

Beyond the aforementioned drama, Paige and Frankie Muniz's relationship is a story of romance that began at a charity golf event.

The couple first met in February 2016 at the 28th annual Frank Sinatra Celebrity Invitational in Indio, California. Paige was covering the event, and the NASCAR driver was one of the celebrity participants.

Frankie Muniz proposed to Paige on November 19, 2018, and the couple eloped and exchanged vows in a private ceremony on October 3, 2019. They later hosted an official wedding on February 21, 2020, a date chosen to mark the anniversary of their first meeting.
