The third-generation Andretti family racer and his girlfriend, Billie Jo Powers, welcomed their daughter, Miura Micah Andretti, into the world on September 17. Miura's birth brought immense joy to racing legend and former F1 champion Mario Andretti, who proudly took on the title of great-granddad, as well as to Michael Andretti, who became a grandfather.

One week ago, the first-time dad wrote on X that three weeks had flown by since his daughter's birth, stating:
"Hanging with Miura aka Munchkin butt. That 3 weeks felt like 3 minutes!"
Marco Andretti stepped away from full-time IndyCar racing after the 2020 season but continues to participate in the Indy 500. This year, he finished 25th in the 108th Running of the Indianapolis 500.

The new dad will return to action in the Truck Series at Homestead on October 26 and in the season finale at Phoenix on November 8.
