Over a week ago, NASCAR driver and actor Frankie Muniz with 23 family members including his wife Paige Muniz went on a vacation to Mexico. However, the Hollywood actor contracted severe hay fever soon after cherishing the "fantastic" trip to Cancun and was hospitalized following his return.

Frankie Muniz has shared the recent developments in his upkeep, revealing that his condition worsened after returning from Mexico. The NASCAR driver also said that the unsavory experience could probably mark his final visit to the country.

"I've been insanely sick since my flight home from Mexico 8 days ago. Somehow I'm getting worse. May have been my last trip to Mexico after this misery," Muniz wrote via X.

A couple of days back, Paige gave an update on her husband's health and shared an image-collage timelapse on Instagram, depicting their amazing vacation in Mexico while outlining Muniz's "sick as a horse" condition after the 38-year-old caught hay fever.

"23 of us went to mexico, had a fantastic trip, then frankie got sick as a horse with a case of hay fever… that was my week, how’s yours? 🌶️💌," Paige wrote.

After battling in two Xfinity Series runs this season, Frankie Muniz recently debuted at the NASCAR Truck Series race. After kicking off his run from 32nd place at the Nashville Superspeedway, the #22 Ford driver came home with a 31st-place finish.

The following week, Frankie Muniz went to Mexico and savored the family trip to Cancun City. But he's displeased with the aftermath and might not see the Mexican soil again.

"I had a blast, honestly"- Frankie Muniz thrilled despite saddening Truck debut at Nashville

The 'Malcolm in the Middle' fame joined hands with Reaune Brothers Racing to field their #22 Ford on the 1.330-mile asphalt. However, after a poor qualifying run, placing his truck 32nd on the starting grid and pitting on Lap 86 with hood up, Frankie Muniz's maiden Truck Series run ended on a disappointing note.

Nevertheless, the debutant seemed poised with his outing irrespective of the outcome churned from his fourth overall NASCAR weekend, including the Portland race in which he failed to qualify. Speaking to Bob Pockrass, Muniz highlighted that despite not clinching a noteworthy finish, he was content as he fulfilled his desire to get in an on-track battle with rivals.

"I had a blast, honestly. I know maybe on paper it doesn’t look like the result we wanted to have, but I wanted to just run as many laps as possible, get comfortable in the truck. I was racing with people, I was kind of in some battles, and that’s what I needed to do. I’m super grateful to the team for giving me the opportunity, and Ford Performance," Muniz said via Bob Pockrass on X.

Frankie Muniz will mark his presence in two additional Truck Series races this season, at the Bristol Motor Speedway and Kansas Speedway.
