Former NASCAR driver, Dale Jr.'s wife Amy Earnhardt recently shared a fig martini recipe that she said she could not wait to make. After trying it with their brand High Rock Vodka, she called the drink "divine."

Earnhardt Jr. (who according to Celebrity Net Worth is worth $300 Million)and Amy met while she was designing his home and the two got married in 2016. The couple owns a vodka brand, High Rock Vodka, that they launched in 2022 in collaboration with Sugarlands Distilling Company. The vodka was inspired by Dale Jr.’s racing career.

Amy, who is a professional interior designer, posted the "Figgy-Tini" recipe on Friday, December 20, via Instagram stories and wrote:

High Rock Vodka was voted the best craft vodka in America by the USA Today's Best Readers' Choice Awards, last month.

"Tis' the Season for Sips!" - When Dale Jr. and Amy made ginger pear martini with their vodka

Earlier this month, Dale Jr. and Amy shared another cocktail recipe. The couple made a martini with High Rock Vodka, pear juice, and ginger simple syrup, in a video posted on Instagram.

"Tis’ the Season for Sips! On this #WTDW @dalejr and @mrsamyearnhardt have a cocktail that perfectly captures the spirit of the season - The Ginger Pear Martini," the caption read.

The brand is also hosting a giveaway for a custom High Rock Vodka travel-size Martini kit.

Meanwhile, Earnhardt Jr.'s return to the No. 8 Budweiser Chevrolet last month saw the car's die-cast model become the first-ever non-NASCAR Cup Series car to top Lionel Racing's annual bestsellers list. The other top five models sold were of drivers Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, William Byron, and Brad Keselowski. The collectibles for sale included die-cast models, signed helmets, hats, and signs.

Earnhardt Jr. teamed up with Budweiser and resurrected their iconic partnership from 1999-2007. He raced at the South Carolina 400 at Florence Motor Speedway in late November and will return in other Late Model Stock Car races this year and in 2025.

JR Motorsports, co-owned by Dale Jr., will also see the return of the No. 8 font in the 2025 Xfinity Series.

"It is awesome to have this number and this font back at JR Motorsports this year, and I can't wait to see it on the car in Daytona," said Earnhardt Jr (via theexpress.com).

Sammy Smith will drive the car that Dale Jr.'s grandfather won titles in, during the 1960s.
