NASCAR 2024: Here’s what Friday’s Cup and Truck Series schedule at North Wilkesboro Speedway looks like

The 2024 NASCAR Cup and Truck Series are scheduled to be on the 0.625-mile-long oval track on Friday (May 17) as the action of the season’s second exhibition race weekend kicks off at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

The NASCAR Truck Series teams will take part in practice before hitting the track on Saturday for the qualifying session and main race.

Meanwhile, the Cup schedule begins with pit road exit and entry practice and will conclude the day with the pit crew challenge qualifying session at 6:20 pm ET.

The weather forecast on Friday predicted cloudy early with rain showers in the afternoon, with a high temperature of 74 degrees and a 70% chance of rain at the start of the pit crew challenge.
