NASCAR 2024: Here’s what Friday’s schedule at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indianapolis Raceway Park looks like

The drivers of NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series are scheduled to be at the 2.5-mile oval track in Indiana for their respective practice sessions on Friday (July 19) as the action on the season’s 22nd weekend kicks off at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

While NASCAR Truck Series drivers will compete at Indianapolis Raceway Park for 30-minute practice and qualifying session today before concluding the day with the 137-mile main event.

ThorSport Racing driver Ty Majeski and CR7 Motorsports driver Grant Enfinger are among the active truck drivers who have won the TSport 200 at Indianapolis oval track.

The weather forecast on Friday at Indianapolis predicted mostly sunny skies with a high temperature between 76-78 degrees and no chance of rain during Cup and Xfinity practice. While at IRP, there's also no chance of rain at the start of the truck race.
