The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series are scheduled to be on the one-mile-long concrete oval track on Saturday, Apr. 27, as the action on the season’s 11th weekend continues at the Dover Motor Speedway.
The Xfinity Series will race today (Apr. 27) after running in the qualifying session on Friday, Apr. 26, where Brandon Jones claimed pole.
The NASCAR Cup Series drivers will take part in a practice and qualifying session scheduled for Saturday at 10:30 am ET and 11:20 am ET before hitting the track for the Wurth 400 on Sunday, April 28.
Martin Truex Jr. and Ryan Truex are respectively the defending champions of the Cup and Xfinity events at Dover.
The weather forecast on Saturday predicted cloudy skies with a high temperature of 57 degrees and a 5% chance of rain at the start of the Xfinity race.
