NASCAR 2024: Here’s what Saturday’s schedule at Kansas Speedway looks like

The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series are scheduled to be on the 1.5-mile intermediate track on Saturday, September 28. The action of the fourth Cup playoff weekend kicks off at Kansas Speedway.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers and teams will compete in practice and qualifying before concluding the day with the 200-lap main event today.

The NASCAR Cup Series drivers will also take part in practice qualifying before hitting the track for the Hollywood Casino 400 on Sunday, September 29.

Tyler Reddick and John Hunter Nemechek are the defending winners of the Cup and Xfinity events at Kansas, respectively.

The weather forecast on Saturday in Kansas predicts partly cloudy with a high temperature of 79 degrees and a 15 percent chance of rain at the start of the Xfinity race.
