NASCAR 2024: Qualifying order for Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway

The Bristol Motor Speedway is ready to host the 64th annual Bass Pro Shops Night Race this weekend. The third playoff race of the season and the final race of Round of 16 begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 21, in a 266.5-mile action-packed contest.

The Bristol Motor Speedway, located in Bristol, Tennessee, boasts a 0.5-mile-shortest track. The track hosted the first Bass Pro Shops Night Race in 1961 and had 26-30 degrees of banking in the turns and 6-10 degrees of banking on the straightaways.

Apart from making its second appearance on the NASCAR Cup Series calendar this year, the Bristol Motor Speedway will host the ARCA Menards Series, Xfinity Series, and Truck Series races this weekend.

The Bass Pro Shops Night Race will feature 37 drivers. Like the other NASCAR races, the practice and qualifying session will open the race weekend on Friday, September 20, at 4 pm ET and 5:05 pm ET on USA Network to determine the starting positions for the NASCAR Cup Series’ third race of the playoffs.
