NASCAR 2024 Xfinity Series: Driver standings after Ambetter Health 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

Thirty races have taken place in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. AJ Allmendinger became the latest race winner of the season after winning the Ambetter Health 302 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, October 19.

In a thrilling race at Las Vegas, Allmendinger passed Ryan Seig with nine laps remaining and then stayed out front to cross the finish line in P1. With the win, he gained 56 points and advanced to the Championship 4 race at Phoenix. He moved to fourth place in the points table with 3063 points.

After finishing third at Las Vegas, Justin Allgaier gained 53 points and maintained the top spot in the Xfinity Series playoff standings. He has a 16-point lead over Cole Custer with 3088 points.

Chandler Smith finished fourth at 1.5-mile Vegas track, gained 39 points, and stands third in the standings with 3064 points. He is eight points above the cutline for the Championship 4 race.

Brandon Jones, who started from the pole, failed to utilize advantage and finished P17. He gained 29 points and stands at 14th in the standings.
