NASCAR 2024 Xfinity Series: Driver standings after Food City 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway

Twenty-six races have taken place in the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Stewart-Haas Racing Cole Custer became the latest race winner of the season after winning the Food City 300 at the Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday, September 20.

In a thrilling race at Bristol, Custer led the final 91 laps and stayed out front to cross the finish line in P1. With the win, he won the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship and gained 53 points. He moved to second spot in the Xfinity Series playoff standings with 2028 points.

After finishing P30 at Bristol, Justin Allgaier received seven points and stayed in the top spot in the Xfinity Series playoff standings. He has a six-point lead over Custer with 2028 points.

AJ Allmendinger finished tenth at Bristol, gained 34 points, and stands 10th in the points table with 2006 points.

Chandler Smith, who started on the pole, failed to utilize advantage and finished P3. He gained 50 points and stands fourth in the standings with 2024 points.
