NASCAR at Bristol Lineup 2024: Starting Order & Pole for 2024 Bass Pro Shops Night Race

After an eventful Watkins Glen race, the 2024 NASCAR season heads to Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee, for the Bass Pro Shops Night Race. The third playoff race of the season will go live on NBC Sports and USA Network at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 21.

The Watkins Glen race will be contested on a 0.5-mile-shortest track. Thirty-seven drivers will compete over 500 laps to drive down victory lane. FOX Sports journalist Bob Pockrass tweeted the starting lineup for the 2024 Bass Pro Shops Night Race.

Who is on pole for Bass Pro Shops Night Race?

In Friday’s (September 20) Cup Series qualifying, Hendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman won his first pole of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season with a speed of 126.720 mph. This is the fifth career pole for Bowman.

His teammate Kyle Larson will share the front row with him after a lap of 126.378 mph.

The pair will be followed by William Byron, Martin Truex Jr., and Chase Briscoe in the top. Christopher Bell, Carson Hocevar, the defending winner of the event Denny Hamlin, Corey LaJoie, and Chase Elliott completed the top 10.

Ryan Blaney, the defending NASCAR Cup Series champion, will start 22nd on Saturday.
