After an action-packed GEICO 500, the 2024 NASCAR season arrives at the Dover Motor Speedway in Dover, Delaware, for the Wurth 400. The season’s 11th race will go live on FS1 and PRN at 2 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 28.
The event will be contested on a one-mile-long concrete oval track. A total of 38 drivers will compete over 400 laps to seal a chance at driving down Victory Lane. FOX Sports journalist Bob Pockrass tweeted the starting lineup for the 2024 Wurth 400.
Who is on pole for the Wurth 400?
In Saturday (Apr. 27)'s Cup Series qualifying race, Richard Childress Racing driver Kyle Busch secured his first pole of the 2024 season with a speed of 162.191 mph. It marked his 35th career pole in the NASCAR Cup Series.
The defending NASCAR Cup Series champion Ryan Blaney will share the front row with him after turning a lap of 161.951 mph, his best starting spot of the 2024 season.
They will be followed by William Byron, Tyler Reddick, and Noah Gragson in the top five. Denny Hamlin, Chase Briscoe, Michael McDowell, Alex Bowman, and AJ Allmendinger complete the top-10.
Martin Truex Jr., the defending winner of the event, will start in 15th place on Sunday.
