NASCAR at Las Vegas Lineup 2024: Starting Order & Pole for 2024 South Point 400

After a Charlotte Roval, the 2024 NASCAR season heads to Las Vegas Motor Speedway Roval in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the South Point 400. The seventh playoff race of the season will go live on NBC Sports at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 20.

The Las Vegas fall race will be contested on a 1.5-mile-long quad-oval track. Thirty-seven drivers will compete over 267 laps to drive down victory lane. FOX Sports journalist Bob Pockrass tweeted the starting lineup for the 2024 South Point 400.

Who is on pole for South Point 400?

In Saturday’s (October 19) Cup Series qualifying, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Christopher Bell claimed his first third pole of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season with a speed of 185.344 mph. It marked Bell’s 13th pole of his career.

23XI Racing driver Tyler Reddick will share the front row with him after a lap of 185.261 mph.

The pair will be followed by the Alex Bowman, Denny Hamlin, and the defending winner of the event, Kyle Larson, in the top five. Carson Hocevar, Ross Chastain, Ty Gibbs, William Byron, and Joey Logano completed the top 10.

Ryan Blaney, the defending NASCAR Cup Series champion, will start rear of the field on Sunday as he spun and crashed into the wall after suffering a left rear flat tire.
