NASCAR at Phoenix Lineup 2024: Starting Order & Pole for 2024 Championship Race

After a Martinsville race, the 2024 NASCAR season heads to Phoenix Raceway Roval in Avondale, Arizona, for the Championship Race. The title-deciding race of the season will go live on NBC Sports at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 10.

The Phoenix Championship Race will be contested on a one-mile-long track. Thirty-nine drivers will compete over 312 laps to drive down victory lane. FOX Sports journalist Bob Pockrass tweeted the starting lineup for the 2024 Championship Race.

Who is on pole for Championship Race?

In Saturday’s (November 9) Cup Series qualifying, Joe Gibbs Racing veteran Martin Truex Jr. claimed his second straight pole in the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season with a speed of 134.741 mph in the last race of his full-time Cup career. It marked Truex Jr.’s 25th pole of his career.

Team Penske driver and championship contender Joey Logano will share the front row with him after a lap of 134.690 mph.

The pair will be followed by Ross Chastain, Kyle Larson, and Chase Elliott in the top five. Ty Gibbs, Christopher Bell, William Byron, Harrison Burton, and Tyler Reddick completed the top 10.

Defending NASCAR Cup Series champion Ryan Blaney will start 17th on Sunday in the season's showdown.
