The admin of the Victory Lanes Vibes podcast shared a hysterical 'three spirits' Christmas Joke with Denny Hamlin and the 23XI Racing Lineup. The team, which has been piloted by Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick in the past few seasons, is expected to add another charter in 2025.

The post on social media depicted the three men standing and the caption symbolized them as the "three spirits" of Christmas. Notably, this originated from Charles Dickens' classic "A Christmas Carol" (1843), where the Three Spirits of Christmas depict the protagonist's life and decisions. In the modern context, however, when someone is said to be visited by the Three Spirits, it usually refers that a person might experience a transformative experience in their lifetime.

Victory Lane Vibes shared a similar post on social media, referring to Denny Hamlin, Bubba Wallace, and Tyler Reddick as the Three Spirits.

"'Tonight you’ll be visited by three spirits'
My three spirits:"

As mentioned, Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick pilot the charters of the Denny Hamlin co-owned-23XI Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series field but the team is expected to add a third Charter soon. They are expected to make the purchase from Stewart-Haas Racing after the team closed down their operations following the end of the 2024 season. While 23XI is currently in a legal battle with NASCAR, they hold the right to continue racing as a Chartered team in 2025.

Denny Hamlin and Front Row Motorsports experience major positive in lawsuit against NASCAR

23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports were the only two teams who did not sign the new Charter Agreement for the 2025 season despite NASCAR giving the teams a deadline to do so. Both teams subsequently filed an anti-trust lawsuit against NASCAR, accusing the sport's governing body of monopolistic practices over the charters and unfair share of the revenue generated.

While the legal battle is ongoing, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports were expected to purchase charters from the outgoing Stewart-Haas Racing, as previously mentioned. But this also required an order from the Court of Law as the teams had not signed the Charter Agreement.

Recently, in a major development, Judge Bell granted the team their preliminary injunction request, allowing them to race as Chartered teams in the 2025 season and to complete their purchase of the charters from SHR.

"Plaintiffs have shown that in the absence of guaranteed entry into all races as a chartered team, they will likely suffer irreparable harm through the loss of contractual control over their best drivers and the resulting inability to field their best race team," Judge Bell wrote.

This is a major development for both teams as things are seemingly turning towards the plaintiffs; however, the major decisions are yet to be made.

23XI Racing is co-owned by Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin and NBA Legend Michael Jordan. The team was founded in 2020.
