Danica Patrick recently reacted to a video featuring Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who appeared to be evasive during questioning regarding Donald Trump's attack. In the video, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna pressed Cheatle for specifics, but the latter only provided vague responses to the committee's inquiries.

Danica Patrick has been a trailblazer for women in NASCAR and remains one of the most successful women in American open-wheel car racing history.

Patrick's comments on the video surfaced after an incident where Donald Trump was shot during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. He was seen bleeding from his right ear as he was escorted off the stage following the gunshot.

Kimberly Cheatle faced questioning after being subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee. While she took responsibility for the incident involving Donald Trump, her responses left the committee members unsatisfied, leading to further scrutiny.

In a video where Representative Anna Paulina Luna confronted Cheatle, stating, "You have perjured yourself. I ask that we bring perjury charges against the Director. We are prepared to hold you in contempt!" Danica Patrick commented:

"Gold."

In another instance, where Representative Nancy Mace told the Secret Service Director, "You’re full of SH*T today!" Danica Patrick remarked:

"Lied by offering zero information."

During a four-hour hearing, Kimberly Cheatle answered queries about the decision to allow Donald Trump to appear at the rally despite concerns surrounding the shooter, identified by the FBI as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. Cheatle defended the Secret Service’s staffing levels at the event, arguing they were sufficient to protect the former president.

She referred to the FBI's ongoing criminal investigation into the assassination attempt as her reason for not divulging details about the gunman’s actions before the incident.

Cheatle also informed lawmakers that she considers herself the best person to lead the Secret Service at this time, yet she conceded that the agency did not meet its responsibilities in safeguarding national leaders.

Danica Patrick raises concerns about the growing presence of synthetic foods in America

In a recent episode of her "Pretty Intense" podcast, the former NASCAR driver engaged with Nicole Shanahan to discuss the increasing trend towards lab-grown food and the forces driving this shift in the United States. During the discussion, Danica Patrick pointed to incidents like the widespread burning of chicken farms, suggesting these might signal a broader push toward engineered foods.

She expressed her unease:

"I feel like I have seen things over the last couple of years with chicken farms getting burnt, just all over the place and various different things. It seems like perhaps there could be an agenda to get us on more genetically modified, synthetic-style foods. [...] It seems like there might be an agenda to get us away from real food and into more processed, synthetic food" [at 18:54].

Danica Patrick added that consuming such synthetic foods could potentially lower one's energy levels, while Shanahan concurred with her observations.
