NASCAR trailblazer and former driver Danica Patrick has shared the secret that keeps her energized during her busy days. Currently, she hosts her podcast called "Pretty Intense" with new episodes every Thursday, and also owns two wine companies and a premium designer candle brand named "Voyant by Danica."
Patrick was born on March 25, 1982 in Beloit, Wisconsin. She is one of the most successful women in the world of American open-wheel stock car racing, the only one to have won an IndyCar race (2008 Indy Japan 300). She has made 191 starts in the NASCAR Cup Series and 61 starts in the Xfinity Series.
Patrick leads an extremely busy life that involves a lot of traveling. Therefore, she always sticks to an extremely nutritious diet and a strict workout regimen. However, despite her efforts, there are certain days when grinding through the day seems impossible. That is when she resorts to the "Jocko Fuel" energy drink.
Patrick recently posted a picture of herself on her Instagram story holding a can of watermelon-flavored sugar-free Jocko Fuel and said:
"How do you keep going during a busy day, @jockofuel"
Patrick's achievements in motorsport include receiving the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year and the IndyCar Series Rookie of the Year awards in 2005. She was also voted the Most Popular Driver in the IndyCar Series from 2005 to 2010. Furthermore, she won the 2012 Most Popular Driver award in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.
Danica Patrick reflects on her third workout of the day ft. Dallas and Ella
Danica Patrick is the mother for two gorgeous dogs -- a 10-year-old Siberian husky named Dallas and a 9-year-old German shepherd, Ella. Both her furry babies live with her in her mansion in Arizona.
Arizona can shoot up to 45 degrees in the summer and Dallas and Ella do not take the heat that well. Especially for Dallas, the heat is intolerable. Therefore, Patrick took her "babies" off for a two-hour drive last week to Sedona, which is relatively cooler than Scottsdale, where she lives.
Hitting the gym in the morning, driving for two hours and then taking Dallas and Ella for a swim in a nearby brook in Sedona was enough to make Patrick feel exhausted. Reflecting on the same, the 42-year-old entrepreneur posted on Instagram:
"Much needed drive 2 hours north to Sedona for some cooler weather for us and our babies! It really is so stunning. If you haven’t been… put it on the list. ❤️Now for workout number 3 of the day…. Giving Dallas and Ella a bath. 😂"
A few days ago, Patrick returned from a month-long trip to Europe. Throughout her journey across countries including Spain, France and Italy, she posted several photos giving her fans sneak peeks into her dynamic lifestyle. She currently has 963k followers on Instagram alone.
