NASCAR Truck Series: Starting lineup for North Wilkesboro Speedway released, Corey Heim takes pole

After Heart of America 400, the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series arrives at North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Saturday’s Tyson 250 will be telecast live on FOX and MRN at 1:30 pm ET.

The 10th race of the 2023 Truck Series season will be contested on a 0.625 miles permanent oval-shaped race track. The 36 drivers will compete over 250 laps in the race for a shot at victory.

Motorsport journalist Bob Pockrass shared the starting line-up for Tyson 250 on his official Twitter account.

In Saturday’s Truck qualifying, Tricon Garage driver Corey Heim won his second back-to-back pole of the 2023 season at a speed of 112.096 mph. It was the third pole of his NASCAR Truck Series career. Niece Motorsports driver Carson Hocevar will share the front row with him after turning a lap of 111.629 mph.

They will be followed by Ty Majeski, William Byron, and Colby Howard in the top-five. Bret Holmes, Grant Enfinger, Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, and Hailie Deegan completed the top 10.

Cup Series regular Ross Chastain and Bubba Wallace will start Saturday night’s race from 12th and 14th place, respectively.

Three drivers who failed to qualify are - Parker Kligerman, Josh Reaume, and Norm Benning.
