Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s wife Madyson Joye Stenhouse recently shared an update on her husband's future in the Indy 500, something fellow NASCAR driver Kyle Larson tried out this season. Madyson Joye, from her official Instagram account, wrote "Never say never" as she snubbed the idea for the time being.

Larson attempted "The Double" this season after he decided to go for both the Indy 500 and the Coca-Cola 600 the same day. The Hendrick Motorsports driver failed in his attempt to do both this year after the weather played spoilsport.

However, the #5 driver did not let his hope die as he is all set to go for it in 2025. NASCAR's Hendrick Motorsports and IndyCar's Arrow McLaren announced that Larson will take part in the upcoming Indy 500 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway next season.

However, Stenhouse Jr. is unlikely to try it now, at least for the time being, as per his wife, Madyson Joye's latest admission. The NASCAR Cup Series driver's wife recently answered some of the questions by her followers, and in one of the questions, a follower asked if the #47 driver would try the Indianapolis 500 ever.

Answering this, Madyson Joye Stenhouse took to her official Instagram account and wrote:

"Never say never, but that's not something on the radar at the moment."

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. ended his 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season in 25th place with 590 points. He fetched three Top 5s, six Top 10s, and faced seven DNFs. Stenhouse Jr.'s average start position was 25.694 and his average finish position was 22.056.

Although the former JTG Daugherty driver claimed a victory this season, he failed to qualify for the NASCAR Playoffs as he missed the deadline. The 37-year-old driver will race for Hyak Motorsport (rebranded from JTG) in 2025, driving the #47 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s wife shared off-season tour plans with her husband

Madyson Joye Stenhouse recently shared her upcoming tour plans with her NASCAR driver husband Ricky Stenhouse Jr.. Taking to her official Instagram account, she disclosed after being asked about her off-season plans:

"Mainly, a lot of family time. Went to Mississippi for Thanksgiving and we will go to Ohio to see my family in December. Have a small trip planned before Daytona but I'm enjoying having Ricky home more and hanging with the animals at @slidejobranch."
