Kelley Earnhardt took to her official Instagram account to share eight life-changing phrases. The sister of former NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr., who often makes use of her social media to share important advice with her followers, did not act differently on Thursday as she put "peace" over "revenge."
Besides being the sister of Earnhardt Jr., she is also the daughter of seven-time Cup Series champion late Dale Earnhardt (daughter of second wife Brenda Gee), and a successful businesswoman, who is worth $50 million (as per Celebrity Net Worth.)
The 52-year-old shared @derricchew's photo on the story of her official Instagram account, which has over 56,000 followers, where she displayed eight phrases that changed life for the better. Those were,
"1 Peace is always better than revenge, 2 No message is a message, 3 If they come back don't forget how they left, 4 People lie, actions don't, 5 Everything happens for a reason, 6, Some things don't work out because you deserve better, 7 The quality of people around you matters more than the number of people, 8 Be kind, everyone is healing from something."
The 52-year-old is a former driver who learned to drive from her late father. She also raced stock cars on local tracks. However, she could not make her racing career a successful one and raced her last in 1996.
Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of JR Motorsport, a team owned by her brother Earnhardt Jr., her cousin Tony Eury Jr., and Hendrick Motorsports' Rick Hendrick.
On the personal side of things, Kelley Earnhardt is married to L.W. Miller III. She was married to Jimmy Elledge and Ray Holm earlier, and she has three children.
Kelley Earnhardt once opened up about her sibling tension with Dale Earnhardt Jr.
As Kelley Earnhardt is heavily invested in the family business with Dale Earnhardt Jr., the two often face sibling issues while running racing operations. In doing so, they often face disagreement and the situation escalates.
The Kannapolis-born former driver once spoke about this during a conversation with Kenny Wallace. She said,
"We probably had more situations where we disagreed in the last 10 or 15 years than we ever did. It's just simply because it's just not me and him anymore. There's just so many things that he is aware of in our business since he quit driving. He's very much more involved in our business."
Kelley Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s JR Motorsport currently compete in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series, Cars Tour, and occasionally in NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series.
