NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Busch's wife Samantha recently shared helpful advice for those struggling with infertility. Samantha and Kyle have been married for over 14 years and have two children.
The couple has been open about their struggles with infertility and also runs a charity, Bundle of Joy Fund, to help families afford IVF treatments.
In a series of Instagram stories, Samantha opened up about her personal experiences and gave tips on how to cope with the challenges of infertility during the holiday season.
"Battling infertility can be extra hard during the holiday season...see some of my personal tips that helped with my journey," Samantha wrote.
Samantha shared five tips, including spending time with your partner to distract from the struggles and joining a support group.
"Find a church, bible study, or book you like. Elevation church and Jesus Calling are my go-tos for strength," Samantha wrote.
She also suggested talking with a doctor about underlying conditions and finally recommended establishing limits for mental well-being.
"Set boundaries with your mental health at the forefront, not worrying about what others will think. If you need to skip that baby shower, a true friend will understand. If holiday parties are triggering or overwhelming opt out. Prioritize yourself," she added.
Samantha and Kyle have raised over $1.7 million through their foundation to support 131 couples. In 2021, Samantha also wrote a book called Fighting Infertility: Finding My Inner Warrior Through Trying to Conceive, IVF, and Miscarriage.

The 2024 NASCAR season ended last month with Team Penske's Joey Logano winning his third Cup title. Five days ago, Samantha posted pictures of Kyle Busch and their children enjoying the off-season. Their son, Brexton, is nine years old, while their daughter, Lennix, is two.
"Life on the west coast," Samantha wrote on Instagram.
Meanwhile, the two-time Cup Series champion Busch had a winless season for the first time in 19 years. He is now preparing for his Chili Bowl debut in January next year and will race alongside his son Brexton at the Tulsa Shootout.
Brexton started racing at Millbridge Speedway when he was 5 years old. He won his first race at Mountain Creek in 2020 and has so far clinched two titles, the Saturday Beginner Box championship at Millbridge and the Mountain Creek Beginner Box championship in 2022. Last year, he earned the Tuesday Beginner Box Millbridge Championship.
