Proud mom Samantha Busch shares heartfelt message as son Brexton grows up: "Time flies so fast"

Samantha Busch recently shared a wholehearted post about Brexton Busch on Instagram. The post, which was a video, showed an overwhelmed mother looking at her son with plenty of emotions.

Brexton Locke Busch is the first child of Kyle and Samantha Busch. He was born on May 18, 2015, and is nine years old currently. The Busch family also welcomed their daughter, Lennix Key Busch on May 10, 2022.

The nine-year-old, who is already a promising racing driver, is a media sensation at this age. Brexton is a regular face in NASCAR race weekends as the young driver often accompanies his father.

"When you realize your firstborn isn't a baby anymore," wrote Samantha Busch in the video she shared on Instagram. "Time flies so fast! Tearing up as I watch my firstborn grow before my eyes. Cherishing every precious moment," she wrote as the caption.

The post garnered thousands of likes on the photo-sharing application, with 86 comments during the time of publishing this news. Samantha Busch shared the video among her 244,000 followers and tagged her son, who also boasts a follower base of 78,000.

Admittedly, Samantha Busch's Instagram account is filled with family posts where the IVF advocate shares adorable posts on her husband, her son, her daughter, and the whole family all together.

Brexton Busch ready to carry his family's legacy forward

Aged nine, Brexton Busch had already developed a racing career ahead of him as he readied himself to follow in his father's footsteps. Racing, indeed, runs through the Busch family.

Besides a thriving racing career, the young Busch recently signed a three-year contract extension with SERVPRO Industries, thanks to his impeccable performance on the track where he won 30 races only in 2023.

Brexton started racing in 2020 and kept on delivering back-to-back impressive performances. Besides his stunning 2023 performance, the young racer also claimed 32 victories in 2022, and one can expect him to take the Busch family's legacy built by Kurt and Kyle Busch forward.

Kyle Busch, the father of Brexton Busch, is one of the best NASCAR drivers in the sport's history. With 63 Cup Series wins, 102 Xfinity Series wins, and 66 Truck Series wins, the Nevada-born driver is surely a legend of the sport.

Besides him, Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch's brother, has also reigned supreme in NASCAR across all formats of the sport. The elder Busch has 34 Cup Series wins, five Xfinity Series wins, and four Truck Series wins.
