With the ongoing summer break, Richard Childress Racing's Austin Hill and Jesse Love spent some quality time together. Both drivers discussed the songs they would choose during a picnic in RCR's Summer series picnic edition interaction on Instagram.

After missing out on two back-to-back Playoff finales in the 2022 and 2023 seasons, Austin Hill is looking to make amends this year. With two wins, eight Top 5s, 13 Top 10s, 674 regular season points, and 13 Playoff points in 20 races, the RCR driver is currently third on the driver's table.

On the other hand, Hill's RCR teammate Jesse Love has also showcased good racecraft in his debut Xfinity Series season. The young Californian driver has managed to clinch one race win, five Top 5s, nine Top 10s, 587 regular season points, and nine Playoff points this year. Standing seventh in the driver's championship, the 19-year-old will likely be in contention for the 'Rookie of the Year' award this season.

Now, during the summer, both drivers were seen bonding over songs they liked. Here's a look at the clip from RCR's Instagram page, captioned:

"You’re in control of the AUX cord, what are you playing at a picnic? Austin Hill & Jesse Love give their thoughts in this edition of the RCR Summer Series presented by @bennettfamilyofcompanies."

While Austin Hill said he preferred 90s Country music, Jesse Love's absolute favorite song during the picnic is 'Good Directions' by Billy Currington.

Richard Childress Racing's Kyle Busch also spent some quality time with his family in Italy

Apart from Austin Hill and Jesse Lover from the Xfinity Series, Richard Childress Racing's Kyle Busch took the opportunity to take his family on a vacation in Italy. The Nevada-based racer shared a few photos on his Instagram page.

The two-time Cup Series champion has had a disappointing season this year. The 39-year-old racer clashed with multiple drivers throughout the season. The most memorable one of these was the incident with Ricky Stenhouse Jr. during the All-Star Race, which led to an off-track tussle between the two drivers.

With 22 races in the Cup Series done, Busch has managed to finish twice in the Top 5s and six times in the Top 10s. However, unlike previous seasons, the #8 driver has not been able to win even one race so far. Also, with 440 points in the regular season and no Playoff points, he is placed in 18th position in the driver's table.

To distract from the hectic season, Busch went on a vacation with his wife Samantha and children Brexton Locke and Lennix Key in Italy. Here's a look at the Instagram post by the NASCAR driver, captioned:

"Enjoying the time off in Italy w the fam! Historic sights, and tasty food!🏟️😋"

With just four races remaining in the regular season, chances of Kyle Busch making it to the Playoffs look slim.
