The Stenhouse family seems to be in the holiday spirit this year. NASCAR Cup Series driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr.'s wife, Madyson, took to social media to post a short video of herself holding the couple's newborn baby, Stetson, in front of their Christmas tree.

Madyson posted the short clip to her Instagram and penned a heartfelt three-word caption, which expressed her love for their newborn baby.

"All I need ❤️," she wrote.

Ricky and Madyson, who got married in October 2022, welcomed Stetson into the world on 4th July this year. The day after Stetson's birth, Madyson took to her Instagram to share the news, writing:

"Stetson Steele Stenhouse Born July 4, 2024 | 8lbs 7oz | 21 inches long Thank you, Jesus, for this wonderful blessing! 💙"

Madyson and Stetson made it to a number of Cup Series races this year, including the next-to-last race of the season at the Martinsville Speedway. The wife of the four-time Cup Series winner shared pictures from the race at the 0.5-mile track and wrote:

"Last race of the season for Stetson & I 🏁 We are so blessed to be alongside @stenhousejr on this wild ride! We love watching him do what he loves ❤️❤️❤️"

On the racetrack, Stenhouse piloted the #47 JTG Daugherty Racing Chevrolet in his fifth full-time Cup Series season with the team. While he didn't make the playoffs, Stenhouse captured the win in the playoff race at the Talladega Superspeedway.

The win marked his first since winning the 2023 Daytona 500. Aside from the win, the Mississippi native posted six top 10s, and three top fives, and finished 25th in the points standings.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. edged out Brad Keselowski for the victory at the Talladega Superspeedway by 0.006 seconds last October. However, Stenhouse's wife, Madyson, and the couple's son, Stetson, didn't make the trip to the 2.66-mile Alabama track that weekend.

In his post-race interview with Marty Snyder of NBC Sports, Stenhouse sounded emotional as he described his desire to see his wife and son following his fourth career NASCAR Cup Series victory.

"I wish my wife and son Stetson were here," Ricky Stenhouse Jr. said. "They didn't come this weekend, but I'll see y'all at home. Man, what a day." [0:52 onwards]

The 2024 season marked Stenhouse's 12th full-time season in the Cup Series. He first moved up to Cup to replace Matt Kenseth in the #17 Roush Fenway Racing Ford in 2013. It took Stenhouse until 2017 to win his first career race, which he won at Talladega. He later won at Daytona that same year.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. has since won two more Cup races, one being the 2023 Daytona 500 and the other being this year's Talladega win. He also won back-to-back championships in the Xfinity Series in 2011 and 2012.
