The 38-year-old wife of NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch and mum of two strives to maintain a toned physique, regularly sharing her workout tutorials on Instagram. After recently posting a routine for core body strength and triceps, her latest tutorial highlights shoulder exercises.
Samantha shared seven exercises to strengthen the shoulders and encouraged her followers to consistently follow the routine for quick results. The workout routine features exercises such as static holds, shoulder press staggers, bear plank taps, and the standing Arnold press, among others.

1. Half around the world with single arm hold - 10 each side X 4
2. Alternating shoulder press stagger - 10 each side X 4
3. Lateral to center raises - 10 X 4
4. Upright rows - 10 X 4
5. Standing Arnold press - 10 X 4
6. Bear plank taps - 20 total 3 rounds
7. Press out finisher light weight til failure

Samantha Busch teases future plans including her own podcast show
In addition to her passion for fitness, Samantha Busch is a vocal advocate for IVF. The couple welcomed their firstborn, Brexton, in 2015 but faced challenges with miscarriage and infertility before successfully having their second child, Lennix, via surrogate.
In a recent Q&A session with her Instagram followers, Samantha revealed her plans for the future, stating that she is currently taking a course to become certified as an infertility coach. She hopes to work with clinics and hospitals to support people facing infertility challenges.
"I am taking courses right now to get certified as an infertility coach and after that, I'd like to do some further education definitely on like cortisol healing and things with miscarriage and whatnot, but one big goal of mine is that I would love to work with clinics and hospitals and other groups and really just help educate those that work there, how to really have the emotional space for patients," she said on her Instagram stories.
The 38-year-old also expressed her desire to launch a podcast show focused on infertility and women's health.
"I definitely want to start a podcast with infertility and all things women health and things like that so, lots of things to come," she added.
Kyle and Samantha are the founders of the Bundle of Joy Fund, which offers financial assistance to couples seeking IVF treatment.
