Recently, Samantha Busch gave fans a glimpse into her workouts and shared a glute workout program for her fans on social media. Samantha is the wife of two-time Cup Series champion Kyle Busch and a mother to two children.
She is an active social media influencer, advocating healthy living for her followers. A psychology graduate from Purdue University and a master's degree holder in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Busch is also a lifestyle blogger, author, and started the Bundle of Joy Fund.
In a recent post on Instagram, Samantha, opened up about her workout program to her 247,000 followers. She asked her fans to take a screenshot of her dedicated glute exercises. She wrote:
1. DB slow step ups superset with bodyweight steps ups 4x8x8. 2. Hip thrusts last rep each set 10 second hold 4x8-10. 3. Elvated sumo squat 5x10. 4. Bulgarian split squat 4x8. 5. Banded abductions 4x25. 6. Reverse froggers off bench 4x20.
Moreover, she posted a picture of a tomato burrata salad which she wrote was from her garden.
"This is your sign to start a garden so you can have fresh burrata salads on the daily."
Meanwhile, the #8 Chevy driver Kyle Busch has had an underwhelming 2024 season. He is in his second full-time season with the Richard Childress outfit and is currently winless. Last season, Busch secured three victories in his first 15 races and finished 14th in the overall standings.

NASCAR veteran Kyle Busch has had a prolific career in the NASCAR Cup Series. He is ranked ninth in the all-time win list with 63 wins. Moreover, since his debut, Busch has maintained a streak of securing at least one win in each of his full-time seasons.
After the final regular-season race, Samantha Busch posted a photo and wrote a note for the #8 Chevy team on Instagram. She said:
"Ugh my heart hurts for the 🎱 team. From the calls to the stops to the driving they dug hard all night. I wanted it so bad for them 😭 Proud to see the strides they made over the past few weeks and watching Kyle contend for the win these last few races. 10 more races to keep the win streak alive!"
Recently, the 39-year-old Busch competed in the first race of the Round of 16 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. However, he did not qualify for the 2024 playoff rounds after battling hard for the spot. But he showed impressive speed in his 27th race of the season. He was the only non-playoff driver who finished inside the top 10 of the Quaker State 400.
NASCAR will be next in action for the Go Bowling at Glen event at Watkins Glen International on September 15.
