NASCAR driver Kyle Busch's wife Samantha Busch recently shared her charcuterie board ahead of Christmas and wrote about having a fresh breakfast of Gemsbok sausage. Samantha and Kyle have been married since 2010 and have two kids, Brexton and Lennix.
Samantha, who is a lifestyle blogger, is active on social media with over 240,000 followers on Instagram. In her latest stories, she shared a picture of a charcuterie board that included the wild meat that Kyle hunted and different types of cheese.
She also penned the rule she set when he started hunting.
"When Kyle started hunting this year, I told him I was okay with it if we actually ate what he was hunting. Excited that half of my charcuterie board is made up of it and this morning we had fresh Gemsbock sausage, local eggs and farmers market sourdough bread," Samantha wrote.
Meanwhile, Busch had a challenging season after he missed the playoffs for the first time since 2012 and also ended his 19-year streak of winning at least one race each year.
The Richard Childress Racing driver is now preparing for his Chili Bowl debut next year. The 39-year-old will race with his son, Brexton, in the big midget race in Tulsa from January 8 to 13, 2025.
"The Chili Bowl is a legendary event and has always been on my wishlist. To be able to compete there and then alongside my son Brexton at the Tulsa Shootout is making this year one to remember," Kyle said last month.
Busch's 9-year-old son, who has won many races at dirt tracks, is also trying new challenges. He made his karting debut at Trackhouse Motorplex earlier this month.
"This journey shaped who I am today" - Samantha Busch on battling infertility
Samantha Busch and Kyle have been open about their struggles with infertility. Samantha, who authored a 2021 book about IVF and miscarriage, wrote about her experience with the same in a previous post on Instagram.
"After years of trying, heartbreak, and resilience, my infertility journey tested me in ways I never imagined. It wasn’t just about building a family—it was about building me. Through every loss and setback, I found strength I didn’t know I had, patience when it felt impossible, and a heart full of gratitude for the lessons learned along the way. This journey shaped who I am today—a woman stronger, wiser, more empathetic and outspoken," Samantha wrote.
The couple also started the Bundle of Joy Fund to help other families afford IVF treatments and have raised over $1.5 million.
