Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch’s wife Samantha recently shared another five-minute snack recipe via Instagram. A fitness freak at heart, she urged her fans to kick start the new year with this versatile yet easy-to-make recipe.
Samantha made a high-protein tuna salad bowl. First, she chopped up one avocado, three hard-boiled eggs, and two cucumbers. She then added two packs of cooked tuna into a bowl and mixed them with some low-fat yogurt and a few dollops of the classic Dijon mustard.
“Kickstart your New Year with this 5-minute high-protein meal that’s as easy as it is versatile!" Samantha captioned the video. “Whether you’re focused on building muscle, eating more real foods, or just staying on track, this recipe works for you.”
“Serve it your way: on sourdough, in a lettuce wrap, rolled in a tortilla, or paired with crackers. The options are endless—and delicious!” she added.
Besides being a social media influencer and lifestyle blogger, Samantha Busch is a philanthropist, IVF advocate, and author. She wrote “Fighting Infertility” which was released in 2021. In this book, she speaks about her struggles with infertility and her personal experiences with IVF.
Samantha is also the mother of Brexton Busch, who drives the No. 18B SERVPRO car for Kyle Busch Motorsports, and Lennix, Brexton’s two-year-old sister. The family of four lives in the Lake Norman area, North Carolina.
Kyle Busch pens heartwarming message to Samantha celebrating their 14th anniversary
Kyle Busch and Samantha Busch recently celebrated their 14th anniversary together. Busch sent an emotional message to his wife, who he met way back in 2007 at a NASCAR event in Indianapolis.
“To my lovely wife... Thank you for sharing your life with me as your the best thing that has ever happened to me,” Busch captioned the post. “Happy Anniversary and I Love You so much!! P.S. I know your the best because we are at the track again on our special day."
The Buschs are a family of skilled race car drivers. Kyle Busch himself is the winningest driver among the Cup Series regulars with 63 series wins to his name. The Las Vegas native also holds the record for the highest wins in the Xfinity (102) as well as the Craftsman Truck Series (66).
“My dad was a racer, I'm a racer now, my son, third generation racer. So we've got this racing family dynasty all planned out, but he's having a great time with it,” Kyle Busch said of his son during an interview with Newsweek.
Just in 2023, Brexton won over 30 races all over the country in Outlaw Karts, Bandoleros, Jr. Sprints, and Restricted Micros. Most recently, he bagged the pole for the Junior Sprint A-Main at the 2025 Tulsa Shootout.
