Former Stewart Haas Racing driver Chase Briscoe is set to join Joe Gibbs Racing for the 2025 season. He recently surprised his fans by posting about a job opening on his X account for a new account/sales manager for his dirt racing team, Chase Brisco Racing. He also shared the basic skill requirements for the job and wanted to interview only serious candidates for his World of Outlaws venture.

The NASCAR Cup Series driver mentioned that the selected candidate would be responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining partnerships with sponsors. The primary goal of the job is to identify potential sponsors and craft compelling proposals to lock in long-term deals. Additionally, the selected person will keep track of partner check-ins and updates on the races.

"Chase Briscoe Racing is hiring! We’re looking for a new Account/Sales Manager. Serious inquiries only please email résumé to [email protected]," wrote the former SHR driver.

The candidate joining the Chase Briscoe Racing team will take charge of event coordination, including activities during race weeks and weekends. In addition, they will communicate with race teams and NASCAR contacts. They will handle all the team's social media channels and engage with fans during the World of Outlaws series.

Notably, the job-seeker should have at least five years of experience in the required field, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong skills in Adobe Suite and excellent soft skills.

Meanwhile, Briscoe will replace Martin Truex Jr. in the upcoming season, and the JGR crew chief expressed his views on Briscoe's addition to the team.

“I’m expecting a lot”: JGR's crew chief on Chase Briscoe replacing Treux Jr. in the 2025 Cup Series season

The 2017 NASCAR Cup Series champion, Martin Truex Jr., retired from the sport after this season's final race held at Phoenix Raceway on November 10, 2024. Chase Briscoe will be taking Treux Jr.'s place. The JGR's crew chief, James Small, earlier spoke about his expectations from the former SHR driver.

Stewart Haas Racing recently announced its departure from NASCAR, and after the Championship Four race, the team ceased all operations. In light of this, Briscoe secured a position at Joe Gibbs Racing, replacing Martin Truex Jr. for the 2025 season.

Crew Chief James Small, in an interview with SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Ch.90), mentioned that the former SHR driver is a "good kid" and that he has high expectations from him.

"I'm expecting a lot. He's a really good kid. I spent a lot of time with him, talking to him, and he seems very motivated to do well, and he's got a point to prove and, you know, to show people now that he's going to be in a much more competitive car week on week out, that, you know, he can do this and win multiple races a year," stated Small [00:00].

The crew chief concluded that the team would "push him hard" and expressed confidence in Briscoe's ability to contribute to the team.
