Amazon Prime Video, owned by the world's second-richest man, Jeff Bezos (via Forbes), recently partnered with Hendrick Motorsports to sponsor Chase Elliott for the 2025 Cup Series season. Elliott shared the exciting news on his X account, giving a sneak peek of his new livery, leaving the fans thrilled.
Bezos's company is venturing into stock car racing for the first time and will sponsor Elliott's #9 Chevy Camaro ZL1 for three races in the next season. The HMS driver inked a multi-year deal with Amazon Prime to sponsor him in three races in the 2025, 2026, and 2027 seasons.
The streaming company will debut at the Talladega Superspeedway on April 27, 2025, with the seven-time NMPA Most Popular Driver Award winner adorning his car in a new blue and white livery. The other two races will be held at Kansas Speedway on May 11, 2025, followed by the NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway on May 18, 2025.
Apart from sponsoring Chase Elliott's ride in the next season, Amazon Prime will also stream five races and exclusively cover the practice and qualifying sessions for the first half of the season (excluding the Cook Out Clash, Duel at Daytona, Daytona 500, and the NASCAR All-Star Race). Reflecting upon the new partnership, Elliott wrote:

Former NASCAR Cup Series champion Chase Elliott celebrated his 29th birthday on November 28, 2024, and inked a contract with his $3 billion (via Forbes) worth sponsor, UniFirst Corp., for the upcoming Cup Series season.
The uniform rental company sponsored Elliott in 2020 and extended their sponsorship from three to five races per season in 2024. The Wilmington-headquartered company also introduced a new livery matching the color of the brand logo for the 2025 Cup Series season.
The multi-billion dollar brand will sponsor Chase Elliott at the Homestead-Miami Speedway race on March 23, 2025, followed by the race at Darlington Raceway on April 6, 2025. The other races will be at Michigan International Speedway on June 8, 2025; Richmond Raceway on August 16, 2025; and conclude the season with the Charlotte Roval race on October 5, 2025.
