NASCAR driver Kyle Larson claimed victory in the Outlaw Winged Division at the Tulsa Shootout, which took place at the Tulsa Expo Raceway. Following his victory, the Hendrick Motorsports driver shared his feelings as he claimed his second victory of the day.

Larson capitalized on TJ Smith's mistake as he secured the lead early on in the race. Following this, he did not look back and took the Checkered Flag over Emerson Axsom and Daison Pursley.

After he won the race, Larson joined FloRacing for an interview, where he unraveled how he capitalized on someone else's misfortune, and made it his own fortune. Here's what he said about it:

"I think it would've been a great race had they all not broke or crashed in front of me," Larson said with a smile. "So I'm gonna hate that for everyone watching from home or here, because it was going be probably more exciting than even the outlaw race was."
"All of us being up there, early on on the race. But I'll take it you know. I just stayed nice and steady at the bottom. And I could tell you, the track was starting to break once we were all at the top four there. And Daison was trying to make some time up, and got a little to excited. Yeah, their misfortune was my good fortune." (0:08-0:47)

While Larson claimed the victory, fellow NASCAR driver Christopher Bell finished the race in ninth place. TJ Smith, who made a mistake earlier in the race, came home in fifth place.

One could say that Larson delivered a masterclass on Saturday after he arrived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, all the way from Perth, Australia after participating in the High Limit Racing last week.
