Ryan Blaney and his fiance Gianna Tulio got married on December 12, 2024. The wedding ceremony took place in Aspen, Colorado, and was attended by the couple's friends and families. Among those on the guest list were NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy.

Ryan Blaney recently made an appearance on a Dirty Mo Media podcast hosted by the Earnhardts, where the Team Penske driver spoke about his wedding. During the conversation, the 2023 Cup Series champion was asked about the part of his wedding he found the most rewarding. Blaney replied by stating:

"I think my favorite part, I never felt that way internally before when I first saw Gianna as she's walking up the aisle. Because we had breakfast together, but I didn't see her, I didn't have a first look. We didn't want that. I want to see you for the very first time when we see each other for the first time on the aisle. I will never forget that feeling. I got really emotional. I started kind of laughing because that was the only way I was going to keep tears back." [53:30]

This prompted Amy Earnhardt to add that she saw 'a couple of tears' from Blaney's eyes, to which the Penske driver confessed:

"Oh there was definitely tears."

It's worth mentioning that Blaney and his wife first met in 2018 in Las Vegas. The NASCAR driver was there for the race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and Tulio, who worked with Hooters at that time, was there for a modelling job.

The two started dating in 2020 and got engaged in December 2023, a year from which, they got married.

Ryan Blaney opens up on the only rule he followed with Gianna Tulio for his wedding

During the aforementioned conversation, Ryan Blaney opened up on how he and Gianna Tulio approached their wedding. The 34-year-old said that the two of them went into it with 'an open mind.'

He revealed that most of the things were taken care of by their wedding planner, and that the only rule was that the two of them would have fun even if there's a hiccup.

"If there's an issue, we're not gonna get upset with it, just tell the planner and we're still gonna have our fun time. I didn't know what to expect. I tried to go into things with open mind especially when it's the first time doing things," Blaney described. [52:20]

The Team Penske driver claimed that everything at his wedding 'went smooth', that everyone had a good time. Speaking for himself and his wife, Ryan Blaney added that the two of them had 'an aboslute blast.'

Racing-wise, the 34-year-old came close to defending his Cup Series title in 2024, as he finished second behind teammate Joey Logano.
