Former NASCAR driver Tony Stewart recently shared his career achievements ahead of the Ford Performance National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Nationals at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Stewart retired from NASCAR and has been competing in various other disciplines of racing including NHRA events since 2022.
Tony Stewart began his NASCAR career in the Truck Series in 1996, quickly working his way to the Cup Series after achieving 11 wins and 41 top-ten finishes in the Busch Series. Over 18 years, Stewart claimed three Cup Series championships, 49 race wins, over 300 top-ten finishes, and 15 poles. The former champion secured six top-five finishes and 1 win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway before he retired from NASCAR.
On November 3, Tony Stewart shared his career record at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where he outlined having won on all different tracks at LVMS.
He wrote on X (formerly Twitter):
"Always cool being back at @LVMotorSpeedway, having won an event on all tracks at the property - the drag strip (TAD Four-Wide Nationals in 2023), the dirt track (first USAC Silver Crown event in 1997), Las Vegas Motor Speedway (1997 IndyCar championship and earned the 2012 NASCAR Cup Series event win), the Las Vegas Bullring pavement short-track (won in a USAC midget in 2002 and also won in a sprint car in the same night) and the Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (won the 2010 Las Vegas Sprint Car Nationals)."

Stewart Haas Racing announced that they would be closing shop following the end of the 2024 NASCAR campaign. Ahead of their imminent exit, the NASCAR team shared a heartfelt video, dedicated to all members of the talented team.
Since its inception, Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) has captured three driver championships and achieved 102 race victories, with 70 wins in the NASCAR Cup Series. Earlier in 2024, the team announced its departure from NASCAR, marking the end of a remarkable era in stock car racing for SHR.
On October 30, SHR shared a 9-minute-long video where its esteemed members shared their experiences as SHR employees and expressed their gratitude for being part of the organization (via X, formerly Twitter).
"Stewart-Haas Racing has become a second home, a place to prove yourself, and a family forged by the people who make it extraordinary."
NASCAR veteran Kevin Harvick won his first and SHR's final Cup Series championship while Xfinity driver Cole Custer secured the final driver championship last season for Tony Stewart and Gene Haas' NASCAR team.
Gene Haas has opted to continue his NASCAR involvement through the newly established Haas Factory Team (HFT), set to compete in both the Cup and Xfinity Series beginning with the 2025 season.
