On the occasion of renowned automotive designer Caroll Shelby's 100th birth anniversary, NASCAR legend Tony Stewart has offered the fans a chance to take home two hot rods built by the late prodigy's company, Shelby American. Under the Dream Giveaway charity, fans can stand a chance to own the supercharged beasts worth $200,000 with a donation as low as $3.

Caroll Shelby is renowned for his work for motorsports companies like Ford, Dodge, and Alpine, among several others. The automotive designer was in demand for his refined and aerodynamically sound designs which made the cars lighter while giving them a horsepower surge. However, over a decade ago, in 2012, the brainchild behind the famous Shelby Mustang's design passed away at age 89.

Amid Shelby American founder's 100th birth anniversary, 100 units each of the Supercharged Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition F-150 Super Snake truck and Supercharged Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Mustang will be rolled out from the Las Vegas factory as a 'sold-out limited edition.' But two among them, one car and one truck, are up for grabs as a charity giveaway.

Ford serves as the manufacturer of the high-octane rides for Tony Stewart's co-owned Stewart-Haas Racing. As part of the Dream Giveaway, the 3x Cup Series champion offered fans to seize the opportunity. By making a minimum donation of $3, the fans can stand a chance to own both Shelby edition rides worth over $200,000.

Taking to X, Tony Stewart invited fans to grab the hot rods cars specially modified to give extra power.

"Wish you could cruise around in these hot rods this summer? You could win BOTH a Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition F-150 and a Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Mustang with as little as a $3 donation to charity. Get 3X the tickets with a donation of $25 or more using code TONY."

The Shelby Fords beside Tony Stewart outperforms the NASCAR NextGen cars in horsepower

The concept of NextGen Cup cars was coined to enhance safety while maximizing the engine's output. However, this resulted in a maximum thrust of 670 horsepower from the high-octane engines. But the Shelby Editions Fords besides the legend Tony Stewart boast greater power.

The Shelby Mustang is the eighth of 100 cars to be built. It's equipped with a 'Black Hat' supercharger that can churn up to 750 horsepower and a customized Borla cat exhaust system to respect the legendary designer. Moreover, the 5.0L V8 engine under the hood has been upgraded for better road handling. The Mustang will come with an ex-showroom price tag of $97,679.

The Shelby F-150 Super Snake truck outpowers not only NASCAR's Next Gen cars but the Ford Mustang as well. Donning an 800-horsepower supercharger system, the F-150 is among the most sophisticated trucks in the American markets and can be owned for the ex-showroom price of $136,900.

As a bonus, the organizers of the Dream Giveaway will pay the hefty prize tax of $59000 from their pocket and the winner need not worry about that.
