Noah Gragson showed exceptional driving prowess as he bounced back from what could have been a devastating wreck. The incident happened during stage 2 of the Iowa Corn 350.

As the entire field cruised around the corner, John Hunter Nemechek's number 42 brushed against the left of Gragson's Mustang Dark Horse, which caused the latter to spin. Surprisingly, Gragson managed to keep his machine straight on the race track and drove on without hitting anyone or anything.

Here is a video of the moment uploaded by NASCAR on X (formerly Twitter):

Reflecting on the same, Stewart-Haas Racing posted,

"What a save, No. 10!"

Gragson's number 10 was the fastest during Friday's practice at Iowa Speedway and recorded a speed of 137.988 mph.

Noah Gragson currently drives full-time for Stewart-Haas Racing. Previously, the Las Vegas native drove the #42 for Legacy Motor Club. Noah Gragson is yet to win a Cup Series race. However, between 2019 and 2022, Gragson won 13 races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

His first NASCAR win came at Martinsville Speedway driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports in the Truck Series.

Noah Gragson's crew chief takes a jibe at John Hunter Nemechek

Although Noah Gragson kept his ride from crashing, NASCAR did bring out a caution. Needless to say, the 25-year-old driver and his crew chief, Drew Blickensderfer, were not happy with John Hunter Nemechek.

Following the contact, Blickensderfer radioed, as reported by Matt Weaver,

"What in the f**k is wrong with him? ... That guy is the biggest moron in racing over the past 10 years."

Soon, Gragson's spotter, Andy Houston, conveyed the message to Ryan Blanchard, Nemechek's spotter. Gragson did not crash out but he did lose several positions as a result of the LMC driver's antics.

As of today, the speedster sits 24th in the NASCAR Cup Series point standings with 266 points to his name. He has led 10 laps and bagged one top 5 and 5 top 10s this season.

Meanwhile, Stewart-Haas Racing has confirmed their NASCAR exit, and rumors suggest that the #10 driver could join Richard Childress Racing in 2025, especially in light of Gragson's relationship with Bass Pro Shops, a long-time partner of the Chevy team. Here is the X post that made the speculation not a long time ago:

"Per @SpotterBrett, there are rumors floating that @NoahGragson & @BassProShops head to @RCRracing with a 3rd charter."
"Truex retiring or not retiring could play a factor in this deal with the Bass Pro sponsorship."

Martin Truex Jr. announced his retirement recently. If the rumor turns out to be the reality, Gragson might just join RCR and drive alongside his ex-boss, Kyle Busch as the latter's teammate. Nevertheless, that is still another speculation.
