She is an IVF advocate and the co-founder of the Bundle of Joy fund, an organization that provides monetary grants to couples struggling with infertility.
In her recent post, Samantha showed off her white 47 Brand NASCAR shirt and a white 47 Brand Kyle Busch hat that she will wear during this year's HighPoint.com 400. Busch captioned her post, saying:

Samantha Busch pens a heartfelt note about her daughter, Lennix on the latter's birthday
After months of trying naturally, Kyle and Samantha Busch welcomed their first child, Brexton, through IVF treatment in 2015. However, the couple, who tied the knot in 2010, longed for a daughter, ultimately leading to them resorting to marriage counseling. Samantha finally conceived three years later.
Speaking of the same on a 2021 episode of In Depth with Graham Bensinger, Samantha said:
"I will admit there have been times that we have both been so supportive to each other and then there have been times through this journey that we both are like, 'Are we gonna make it? I don't know if as a couple we're gonna make it.' Sure, on Instagram it looks all flowers and puppies and everything is perfect, but it's not. We ended up going to counseling."
Unfortunately, Samantha Busch lost her baby to a miscarriage in November 2018. However, despite her struggles, she did not lose hope. Her prayers were answered on May 11, 2022, when Samantha and Kyle Busch welcomed Lennix to their family through surrogacy.
Expressing her gratitude to the almighty, Samantha took to X as Lenix turned 3 recently, and wrote,
"My sweet baby girl, the time has passed too fast. We tried so hard to have you here and you have been such an incredible blessing to us. You are so full of sass and personality, incredibly smart and you bring a smile to all of our faces daily. We love you Lenni!"
Meanwhile, the Busch family prepares for the 21st race of the regular season that is expected to air live on NBC Sports and the USA Network on Sunday, June 14, from 2:30 PM (ET) onwards. Fans can also listen to live radio updates on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
