After sealing a deal with Front Row Motorsports for the 2025 season, Noah Gragson treated himself to a little 'something special' - a Mini Cooper. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver recently showcased his 1981 red truck on SHR's official X handle.
In 2025, Noah Gragson will join his fourth Cup team in as many years. Currently, in his second full-time season in the NASCAR Cup Series, he has achieved 7 top-10 finishes in 58 races. His best performance this year was at the GEICO 500 in Talladega.
It's been a turbulent ride for Gragson, who faced a suspension by NASCAR and Legacy Motor Club for engaging with a controversial social media post, compounded by the news of SHR's upcoming dissolution after the 2024 season.
With his circumstances stabilizing, Noah Gragson decided to share his latest acquisition with his followers. He uploaded a video of his Mini Cooper truck, sharing his excitement with his fans:
"I just got this 1981 Mini Cooper. It's kind of funny. It's a mini Cooper pickup truck. [...] This is my new new vehicle to get around town. [...] It's not the most efficient thing ever. Definitely wouldn't want to drive it every day. If I had to, it'd be cool, but definitely got to take it out for a joy ride and have some fun on a nice day so It's a small, tiny car. It's a lot of fun."
Noah Gragson even compared the size of his Mini Cooper truck to his Ford F350. Parking them side by side, he remarked:
"This is a mini coupe from 1981, a full-size mini coupe truck. This is a Ford F-350. Obviously a lot smaller. Got a pretty good room inside. Bed's a little bit shorter. The wheels are a little smaller. I bet it goes just as fast, though."
As he continues to give it his all for SHR this season, during a recent chat with Bob Pockrass, Noah Gragson shared insights into how his journey in the Cup Series has shaped him.
Noah Gragson reflects on his NASCAR Cup journey
Despite the team changes and controversies he's faced, Noah Gragson values the lessons and relationships he's forged along the way. He told journalist Bob Pockrass:
"I guess as a driver as well, but seeing the growth both on and off the racetrack has definitely been important to me. [...] There have been good times, there have been also pretty low times. But I know that without those challenges, I wouldn't be who I am today and wouldn't grow into the person that I am today. [...] I feel like all those challenges have made me into the person I am."
Currently, the Stewart-Haas Racing driver ranks 23rd on the points standings after 21 races this season, with a top-5 and six top-10 finishes.
