NASCAR driver Hailie Deegan recently took a to Moab, Utah with her boyfriend Chase Cabre. Deegan, who ended her contract with AM Racing last month, shared the experience from their vacation in the latest YouTube video.
Moab is part of the Colorado Plateau that is popular for the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. People travel there to bike on scenic trails and enjoy off-roading adventures.
Hailie Deegan also enjoyed the exciting off-road adventures in the desert with her boyfriend. They drove Can-Ams through different terrains.
During their off-roading trip, Deegan drove up many steep hills but was particularly challenged during a steeper downhill ride. She told everyone to hang on and be careful as they moved quickly through the tight and tough spots.
""We've done a lot of uphill stuff so far, but we're going to do a big downhill. It's actually pretty steep—way steeper than it looks right here. And there's a straight drop-off....I was looking at straight ground right there, with no sky in sight. Oh, he's ripping! Look at him. Gosh, dude, I can't see. Oh no, we don’t slow down—hang on, hang on guys, hang on. Oh, watch out, we got a little tight right there. Go a little tight. Oh no, we don’t slow down, hang on!" Hailie Deegan said (8:25).
Deegan said that while rock crawling was fun she enjoyed speeding through the desert more. She was excited about her adventure in the two-seater while Chase drove the four-seater.
“We did some rock crawling, but I was like, let’s go hit some more desert style. It’s so much more fun just hauling ass,” she said (1:08).
“It’s hot, like 105 right now, so we’re going to have a bunch of fun. We got some Can-Ams—Chase will be ripping the four-seater, and I’ll be in the two-seater. It’s going to be exciting,” she added (00:07).

Hailie Deegan's departure from AM Racing

Since then, the team has had Cup drivers take her place: Joey Logano, a two-time champion who finished eighth in Chicago, and Josh Berry.
